Art of construction
The massive ground floor is plastered and has block frame windows made of stone. In the timber framing of the upper floor and the pediment there are storey-high strays with counter braces at the posts, as well as, arcuated downward braces in the breast panel. The roof is high with remarkably steep half hips.

The facade design, instantiated in 2009, was supervised by Dipl.-Ing. Barbara Kohlhage-Petzhold. The colours were chosen
from the historically verified colour palette, with tinted white as ground colour for the segments, oxblood red for the oak beams of the timber framing, and grey for the base as well as the wooden window frames. The detailed paintwork is based on  plastic segmentation by coffering, a method used in the 16th century. For this purpose a black contour line and a gray concomitant line was added.
